This brief piece points out that the netbook market is surging and that Apple isn’t a part of it. And actually, the author is a little critical about Apple’s absence.
Well, in late 2000, another market was booming and Apple wasn’t really a part of that either. One-year later, they came out with the iPod. Check out the last couple of paragraphs of this article about the Nomad (remember, the Nomad?).
