changes

lots of stuff today!

I’ve changed things a little bit, as you can see, so that I am using bjournal.juxtapoz.net. I’m pretty confident that the old address will just redirect you to the new one.

It might even be the case that there will be something back at juxtapoz.net very soon… excitment.

growing tired of wordpress →

I have expressed my frustration with wordpress before, and I think that I am finally done with trying to use it as my blog… thingy. It is powerful, there’s no doubt about that, but it is just not very good at letting me do what I want. Aside from that, there seems to be some formatting issues, which don’t take long to frustrate me when I spend 40 minutes trying to format something, and it isn’t even fancy. Predictions

6 days and no post? Sorry about that. Busy busy busy.

If the Patriots win tonight, parity in the NFL will decrease next season- there will be a few outstanding teams, very few mid-level teams, and a lot of bad teams.

I also predict that the Patriots will win and cover.

And those are likely the last insights I will have on the world of professional football.

Also, new stuff on wordpress is coming, even though I hate wordpress. I like the  writing, but just haven’t had the time, in fact, I don’t even have time to be writing this…

Potpourri

  • A collection of comic strips about working at the Olive Garden (funny)
  • The planned collapse of America (scary, in theory)
  • 5 terrifying insects (scary, in practice)
  • I can’t wait until I buy these albums this week: Hope Waits (she does a sultry cover of Tom Waits’ Get Behind the Mule) Yael Naim (she sings the “Mac Book Air“ song, aka New Soul)
  • The people behind tumblr are awesome
